What's in this vegan aioli sauce
- Homemade vegan mayo
- Pickled jalapenos, drained
- Lime
- Chili powder
- Ground cumin
- Coconut aminos
This recipe uses a homemade, cashew-based vegan mayo. If you want a nut-free or low-fat version of this mayo, use the tofu-based vegan mayo.
How to prepare
Zest the lime using a microplane grater or zester. The zest is where most of the flavor is in the lime.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

- ½ cup homemade vegan mayo
- ¼ cup pickled jalapenos, drained
- ¼ tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 to 3 Tbsp water (use more water for a thinner consistency)
Instructions
