This easy Peanut Sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy and works beautifully as a dip for spring rolls or tofu satay, sauce for noodles or stir fry, or as a salad dressing.
I love this peanut sauce because it can be used for numerous dishes requiring different consistencies. By adjusting the amount of water, this sauce can be thick—great for dipping spring rolls, salad rolls, or tofu satay; moderately thick—great for pouring over noodles or stir fry; or thinner—great for salads.
With only 8 key ingredients, this sauce has amazing flavor and is easy to prepare with the help of a mini blender.

Perfect!! So yummy. I was licking the spatula.
We substituted apple cider vinegar and it tastes fantastic.
Would be perfect for all the uses above, I am planning to serve this with pure buckwheat soba noodles for lunch tomorrow ☺️.
