Tips for Success

  • Meal prepping food ahead of time makes it easier to stick to the fast. Check out our Daniel Fast Meal Prep recipes.
  • Each recipe can be printed. Click on the recipe, then click the "jump to recipe" button. Use that feature to help you create a detailed grocery list before heading to the grocery store.
  • Eat on a regular basis to keep your energy up.
  • Pair your meals with spending time in prayer, reading Scripture, or journaling to maximize spiritual health benefits.

Each Daniel Fast recipe makes more than one serving. If you're the only one doing the Daniel Fast in your household, you will have leftovers, so adjust the meal plan needed.
