    I am so excited to begin Daniel Fast. I just want to double check a few things. This website has been extremely helpful. My only concern is what roti or flat breads can we or cannot consume.

      Hi Alesha - Roti should be fine, just check the ingredients. We often use either corn tortilla or sprouted grain tortilla. Basically, it shouldn't have leavening and shouldn't have oil/be fried.
