  • Mango Matcha Latte

Back in the day, I was hooked on sugary coffee shop lattes, which felt like a treat, but always led to a mid-morning crash. They were packed with syrups and artificial flavors but lacked real nourishment. Once I embraced a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, I set out to recreate my favorites like the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte, Golden Latte, and now this Mango Matcha Latte with all the flavor, none of the crash, and a fraction of the cost.

Let’s be honest. Those trendy drinks at popular cafés are not only pricey but often loaded with syrups and additives. Making your own at home gives you complete control over the ingredients, plus it's fun, beautiful, and nourishing. Be sure to check out our healthy Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink too!

With just a few staples like fresh (or frozen) mango, pure maple syrup, and plant-based milk, you can craft a café-style drink at home, minus the sugar crash and the hefty price tag.

Whether you're a matcha newbie or a seasoned green tea lover, this Mango Matcha Latte recipe will make your tastebuds and your wallet happy.

Why You’ll Love This Mango Matcha Latte

  • Naturally sweetened with fruit and maple syrup, and no refined sugar.
  • Uses plant-based milk (coconut, homemade almond milk, or hemp milk all work
  • beautifully), keeping it dairy-free.
  • Features ceremonial or culinary-grade matcha for a gentle, sustained energy lift.
  • Saves you money and lets you control your flavor preferences.
  • Creates stunning, beautiful swirls with a tropical twist. Check out our Tropical Fruit Smoothie Bowl for more tropical goodness.

Nutritional Benefits of this Mango Matcha Latte

  • Fresh Mango: Rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, and antioxidants that support immunity and skin health. Mango is also high in fiber, which aids digestion.
  • Matcha Green Tea Powder: Matcha is packed with antioxidants also known to fight inflammation and support heart and brain health.

Ingredients

Ingredients for mango matcha latte: coconut milk, pure maple syrup, matcha green tea powder, and mango.
  1. Fresh or Frozen Mango: Mango adds natural sweetness, a smooth tropical flavor, and a luscious texture to this latte. It also gives the drink a beautiful golden hue.
  2. Unsweetened Coconut Milk: Coconut milk adds a creamy milk texture and subtle tropical richness, creating that indulgent café-style mouthfeel.
  3. Pure Maple Syrup: This natural sweetener enhances the mango’s sweetness without overpowering the matcha.
  4. Matcha Green Tea Powder: Matcha adds a vibrant green tea flavor with earthy undertones. It also creates the signature two-toned, beautiful swirl effect when poured over the mango blend.
