1cupunsweetened coconut milk(or any plant-based milk like almond or oat milk) divided
1½teaspoonspure maple syrup(adjust to taste preference)

Instructions
In a personal bullet blender cup, blend the mango, ½ cup of coconut milk, and maple syrup until you get a smooth, sweet mango purée. Pour the mango mixture into a tall glass.
Give the blender cup a quick rinse and then add the rest of the coconut milk and matcha green tea. Blend the matcha mixture until smooth and creamy.
Carefully add the matcha green tea mixture to the glass with the mango.
Gently stir for a pretty swirl effect. Sip and enjoy this fun matcha drink experience!
Notes
If you're using fresh mango, add ice to your glass for chill. Either way, blend mango chunks well to ensure a silky-smooth mango purée.
Choose a good quality matcha. Look for ceremonial grade or culinary grade matcha with a vibrant green color for the best flavor and health benefits.
