How to make this refreshing smoothie

Put blackberries, honeydew, mango, coconut water, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or put into an insulated tumbler or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.

If meal-prepping this smoothie, add blackberries, chopped honeydew melon, and chopped mango to a freezer-safe bag and freeze for up to three months. When you're ready to prepare it, add all ingredients to a high-powered blender with coconut water and blend until smooth. There's no need to add ice because this smoothie will be frosty, almost like a soft serve. Yum!

Wow, this healthy vegan Blackberry Smoothie is tasty! With only 4 key ingredients, this refreshing smoothie will energize you for the day ahead.

Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 cup honeydew melon peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup mango peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • ½ cup ice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

  • Put honeydew, blackberries, mango, coconut water, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or put into an insulated tumbler or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.
