Smoothies are a great way to energize you for the day ahead. If you're trying to add more fruit to your diet, this smoothie is a great way to do it. If you're trying to drop a few pounds, this honeydew blackberry mango smoothie is one of our favorite weight loss smoothies.

What you need to make this honeydew smoothie

  1. Honeydew melon
  2. Blackberries
  3. Mango
  4. Coconut water

How to make this refreshing smoothie

Put honeydew, blackberries, mango, coconut water, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or put into an insulated tumbler or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.

If meal prepping this smoothie, add chopped honeydew, blackberries, and chopped mango to a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to three months. When you're ready to prepare, add all ingredients into a high-powered blender with coconut water and blend until smooth. There's no need to add ice because this smoothie will be frosty, almost like a soft serve. Yum!
