This watermelon salad is a staple and a crowd-pleaser, especially on a hot summer day. The sweet basil paired with the red onion and the tangy lime juice creates the perfect combination with the sweet watermelon.
Watermelon is more of a canvas than you may think. Try a spicy version of this salad by adding cilantro, hot pepper flakes, flavored balsamic vinegar, and green onions for a different twist.
