How to Prepare

Step 1
Make the Sweet Cashew Cream according to recipe instructions and set it aside.

Step 2
Place one sprouted grain tortilla in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes to toast. Flip it and continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes or until toasty. Remove and set aside. Repeat for the second tortilla.

Step 3
Spread the sweet cashew cream on the toasted tortilla pizza crust. Repeat for the second tortilla crust.

Step 4
Slice the strawberries and kiwi. Chop fresh mint.

Step 5
