This fast and easy fruit pizza is perfect for summertime. Made with whole plant food ingredients, this deliciously sweet and healthy fruit pizza is soy-free and vegan.
Make the Sweet Cashew Cream according to recipe instructions and set it aside.
Place one sprouted grain tortilla in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes to toast. Flip it and continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes or until toasty. Remove and set aside. Repeat for the second tortilla.
Spread the sweet cashew cream on the toasted tortilla pizza crust. Repeat for the second tortilla crust.
Slice the strawberries and kiwi. Chop fresh mint.
Take the toasted tortilla crust with sweet cream and top it with berries, kiwi, and chopped mint. Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to slice the pizza and enjoy.

Oven Instructions: If using an oven, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the thawed tortillas on a cookie sheet. Bake the tortillas for 9 to 12 minutes or until toasty.
