Desserts

Desserts don't have to rob you of your health goals.

Our dessert recipes on Daniel's Plate are all made without added sugar.

We don't use any processed natural sweeteners like agave or maple syrup.

Instead, our desserts are made with nature's candy: fruit. Our favorite fruit for desserts is the date.

Dates are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and minerals like potassium which help to lower high blood pressure.

Dates are grown on a date palm tree in the United States (namely, California) and in Spain, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, India, Turkey, and Pakistan.

Check out our Simple Homemade Date Syrup to add to sauces, dressings, spicy dishes, and of course, desserts.
