Sersie and I tested this recipe during our monthly cook & chat... girls' night in! where we go LIVE in our Facebook Group and prepare a healthy Daniel Fast compliant meal. That night, we used this dressing on Yummy Raw Walnut Taco Salad, and it was a big hit!
This dressing takes only 10 minutes to prepare and uses silken tofu as the creamy base. The addition of fresh cilantro and lime to a classic ranch seasoning blend of garlic, parsley, onion powder, and dill make it the perfect combination. We added a tablespoon of Simple Homemade Date Syrup to balance out all the flavors.
Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing has 9 key ingredients:
- Silken tofu
- Fresh cilantro
- Apple cider vinegar
- Dried parsley
- Onion powder
- Dried dill
- Simple Homemade Date Syrup
You add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I used my Magic Bullet for this and it worked beautifully!
