Ingredients

Silken Tofu
about half package of Mori-Nu, or whatever brand you have available

teaspoon
apple cider vinegar

small garlic clove
minced

teaspoon
dried parsley
½

onion powder

dried dill

cup
of fresh chopped cilantro
Juice from ½ lime

Homemade Date Syrup
(or ½ pitted date soaked in hot water for at least five minutes to soften)

Instructions
If using a pitted date instead of
homemade date syrup
, soak the date in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften.
Then add all the ingredients to a mini bullet blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more water for a thinner consistency. Salt to taste and enjoy!
