Everything Bagel Seasoning (NO SALT)

This everything bagel seasoning has no salt and is packed with flavor. Use this seasoning on sweet potato toast with smashed avocado or on hummus with savory air fryer banana chips.

What you need to make this savory goodness

  1. white sesame seeds
  2. black sesame seeds
  3. dried minced onion
  4. dried minced garlic
  5. poppy seeds
  6. fennel seed (optional)

Combine all spices and carefully pour into an air-tight spice jar. A spice funnel helps with this. Give the jar a shake, and it's ready! This seasoning stores well for 3 months.

Ingredients  

  • 4 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp dried minced garlic
  • ½ tsp fennel seed optional

  • Combine all spices and carefully pour into an air-tight jar. A spice funnel helps but is not required.

Notes

  1. Equipment: Spice funnel (optional, but recommended)
  2. Leftovers: Store in an air-tight container for 3 months.
