Made with just three ingredients—pineapple, cucumber, and ginger—this juice is rich in antioxidants, supports digestion, and helps fight inflammation. Whether you're following the Daniel Fast, looking for a morning detox, or just craving a revitalizing drink, this simple recipe will become a favorite in your home.

Pineapple Cucumber Ginger Juice Health Benefits

Pineapple – The Tropical Vitamin C Booster

Pineapples are loaded with vitamin C, bromelain (a natural enzyme that supports digestion and reduces inflammation), and antioxidants that support immunity and skin health. Check out this article to learn more about the different benefits of pineapple.

Cucumber – The Ultimate Hydrator

Cucumbers are 95% water, making them incredibly hydrating. They also provide silica, a mineral that supports skin health and is excellent for flushing out toxins.

Ginger – The Anti-Inflammatory Powerhouse

A small amount of ginger adds a spicy kick while offering anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. It’s known to ease bloating, support immunity, and boost metabolism.

How to Prepare

This recipe makes approximately three 12-ounce glasses of fresh juice.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and chop the pineapples, clean and slice the cucumbers, and clean the ginger root.
  2. Juice it up: Run all ingredients through a juicer. If using a blender, add 1 cup of water, blend until smooth, and strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.
  3. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass over ice, garnish with a cucumber slice or mint (optional), and enjoy immediately!

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It's best to consume the juice within 24 hours.

Tips and Variations:

  • Add fresh mint or a squeeze of lime.
  • For a tropical twist, blend in coconut water instead of plain water.
  • Make it a smoothie – Instead of juicing, blend everything together and enjoy a fiber-rich version.
