Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Peel and chop the pineapples, clean and slice the cucumbers, and clean the ginger root.
Juice it up: Run all ingredients through a juicer. If using a blender, add 1 cup of water, blend until smooth, and strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.
Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass over ice, garnish with a cucumber slice or mint (optional), and enjoy immediately!
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It's best to consume the juice within 24 hours.
