This refreshing Italian Mocktail is ever so slightly sweet from the fresh strawberries and herbaceous from the fresh basil.

If you enjoy subtle, sweet mocktails, you may also like our grapefruit mocktail.

The balsamic vinegar gives this drink a hint of sourness. The sparkling water and ice make this healthy, low-calorie mocktail refreshing. This Italian Mocktail is an elevated version of the "Healthy Coke" that went viral on TikTok in the summer of 2022. This sugar-free mocktail is perfect for date night, girls' night, or any time you want an adult beverage sans the alcohol.

Why You'll Love This Italian Mocktail

  • Naturally sweet and tangy with no added sugar
  • Low-calorie and gut-friendly
  • Elegant and refreshing, ideal for brunches, dinner parties, or patio lounging
  • Made with real, whole food ingredients and no artificial sweeteners

Ingredients for This Italian Mocktail

  1. Strawberries: Naturally sweet and rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, strawberries bring a fruity burst and gorgeous color.
  2. Fresh basil: Adds an herbaceous, slightly peppery note that elevates the drink from basic to bougie.
  3. Balsamic vinegar: The not-so-secret Italian twist. It deepens the flavor and adds a hint of sweet tanginess.
  4. Sparkling water: Crisp and bubbly. Use unflavored to let the ingredients shine.
