How to Prepare

Step 1

Add a strawberry and 1 to 2 fresh basil leaves to a glass.

Muddle the strawberry and basil until mashed.

Once muddled, add balsamic vinegar.

Add ice and pour sparkling water over the ice.

Step 5

Stir to incorporate; if necessary, add more sparkling water to top off.
