Creamy Tahini Ginger Dressing

This Creamy Tahini Ginger Dressing is fantastic on the Spectacular Sushi Salad. It’s also amazing on Gigi’s Big Rainbow Salad.

The tahini gives this dressing a nice creamy texture with a nutty flavor. Since tahini is made from ground sesame seeds, it’s an excellent option for someone with a tree nut allergy. The ginger and garlic give this sauce a nice bite. The coconut aminos provide a salty umami flavor, and the Simple Homemade Date Syrup balance out the flavors with a touch of sweetness.

You can adjust the consistency of this dressing by adding more or less water. I find that a thinner consistency works best on salads to coat all the veggies. However, using less water for a thicker sauce works well on a rice and bean bowl.

Creamy Tahini Ginger Dressing has 6 key ingredients

  1. Tahini
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic clove
  4. Simple Homemade Date Syrup (or 2 dates)
  5. Coconut aminos
  6. Unsweetened plain plant-based milk (soy, coconut, or almond)

This dressing is easy to prepare and usually takes less than 10 minutes. I hope you enjoy!
