Description
This irresistible peanut sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Ideal for drizzling or dipping, this yummy sauce works beautifully with spring rolls, noodles, stir fry, or salads. It's gluten-free, oil-free, soy-free, and takes only 10 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos (or 1 Tbsp regular aminos)
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped (I used two)
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
- 2 Tbsp Simple Homemade Date Syrup
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper for heat
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water (use 1/4 cup for dips, 1/3 cup for noodles and stir fry, 1/2 cup for salad dressing)
Instructions
This homemade peanut sauce is easy to make and takes only a few minutes. Put all ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately!
Leftovers keep well in an airtight container, like a mason jar, for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
