Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened, plain plant-based milk (I used soy, but almond milk works too)
- salt to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a mini blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Â

Store leftovers in an airtight container (like a mason jar) for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. It's okay to freeze for up to 4 months but may need to re-blend after thawing in the refrigerator.
