The Best Tahini Pasta Sauce is absolutely a gamechanger! It's loaded with flavor, oil-free and gluten-free. Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened, plain plant-based milk (I used soy, but almond milk works too)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a mini blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 

Enjoy with the Simple Tahini Pasta, Veggie Lasagna or Veggie Pizza for One.

Store leftovers in an airtight container (like a mason jar) for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. It's okay to freeze for up to 4 months but may need to re-blend after thawing in the refrigerator.
