3 fresh peaches
1/2 cup rolled oats (use gluten free oats if gluten sensitive)
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp date syrup
3 Tbsp unsweetened, plain plant based milk
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice peaches in half. Using the tip of a sharp knife, carefully remove the pit. Arrange sliced and pitted peaches on a lined baking sheet.
To make the cobbler, grind rolled oats in a blender or mini food processor. Combined ground oats with cinnamon, date syrup and plant-based milk.
Add about 1 tablespoon of cobbler mixture to each of the peach halves. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the top starts to brown. Please note you can also use the air fryer to make these.
Remove from oven and enjoy by itself with a light dusting of cinnamon, or with a scoop or two of Guilt Free Banana Nice Cream.
