Description
This 5-minute frozen margarita mocktail is alcohol-free, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan! Plus, there's no added sugar. With only five ingredients, this virgin margarita recipe is refreshingly tart, creamy, slightly sweet, and perfect for Cinco de Mayo or a cold treat on any hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup green seedless grapes, frozen
- 1/2 avocado, pitted
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Simple Homemade Date Syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup cold water (optional)
- pinch lime zest (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I used a Nutribullet. If the ingredients jam up, stop, and remove the container from the base. Shake the contents and then return to the blender. Add water to make it more of a soft-serve texture. Top with a pinch of lime zest for more lime flavor (optional).
