Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt or taste


Combine all ingredients in a mini blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water for a thinner consistency. Salt to taste. The sauce will thicken some in the refrigerator.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
