Ingredients

fresh jackfruit
chopped

of large jalapeño

Juice from ½ of a lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, and serve. Can be used as a topping for tacos, a rice and bean bowl or with Oven Baked Tortilla Chips.
