Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

Simple Homemade Date Syrup

Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Give it a taste. If you prefer more sweetness or tanginess, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of simple homemade date syrup, balsamic vinegar, or lemon juice.
This recipe makes about two cups of salad dressing or eight servings.
Notes
Leftovers keep well in an airtight container like a 16-ounce
mason jar
