This 5-minute frozen margarita mocktail is alcohol-free, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan! Plus, there's no added sugar. With only five ingredients, this virgin margarita recipe is refreshingly tart, creamy, slightly sweet, and perfect for Cinco de Mayo or a cold treat on any hot summer day.
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
If the ingredients jam up, stop, and remove the container from the base. Shake the contents and then return to the blender. Add water to make it more of a soft-serve texture.
Top with a pinch of lime zest for more lime flavor (optional).

Equipment: You'll need a high speed blender. We like Vitamix and Nutribullet blenders.
Leftovers: Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container in the freezer. When you're ready to consume, remove from the freezer to thaw (slightly) on the countertop for 5 to 7 minutes and then re-blend.
