Ingredients

soy milk,
plain and unsweetened

Soy Yogurt

Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

teaspoon
vanilla extract
(or ⅛ teaspoon vanilla bean powder)

chia seeds

fresh strawberries
(optional, for topping)
Instructions
Combine soy milk, soy yogurt, vanilla, and strawberry chia seed jam. Stir well.
Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly until no clumps remain.
Portion into 8-ounce mason jars or airtight containers, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Smoother Texture
: For an ultra-smooth texture, blend the base mixture before adding chia seeds
Storage
: This chia pudding keeps for up to 4 days in an airtight container. Freezing is not recommended as it can change the texture once thawed.
