Ingredients

celery stalks,
chopped into chunks

homemade date syrup
(or 3 pitted dates soaked in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften)

peanut butter

soy milk
(or almond milk)

ground flaxseeds
1½ to 2

ice
Instructions
If you don't have homemade date syrup on hand, soak pitted dates in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften.
Add all ingredients plus ice to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container (like a mason jar with a lid) for up to 24 hours.
