Ingredients

ripe bananas
mashed

cup
almond flour

Tablespoons
chia seeds
½
cup
walnuts
chopped

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon
hemp hearts or seeds for topping

Instructions
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Use a mini food processor or knife to finely chop the walnuts.
Add almond flour, chia seeds, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Form the Bites
Using your hands or a spoon, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
Chill
Place the bites on a dish or parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve & Store
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
If using, garnish with hemp seeds.
