Ingredients

2 plums, pitted
1 orange, peeled
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
Ice
Optional: 1 date, pitted for added sweetness
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with fresh orange peel, grated orange zest or thinly sliced plum.
