Description
This fast and easy stir fry sauce without soy sauce has a nice balance of savory, tangy, sweet, and spicy. This sauce can not only be used for stir fry but also as a marinade for veggies, tofu, and tempeh. It's vegan, oil-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free (of course).

- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, grated or minced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Simple Homemade Date Syrup
- 2 tsp red pepper hot sauce (like sriracha)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1/2 to 1 full lime)
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl. Use a whisk or fork and stir until well combined.Â
