Ingredients
- 1 Tazo Passion Herbal Tea bag (okay to substitute a berry hibiscus or acai berry herbal tea)
- 1 cup boiling hot water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Homemade Date Syrup
- 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, frozen
- 1/4 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk (e.g., SoDelicious, Pacific Foods, or Silk brands)
- 1/2 cup ice
Optional Toppings:
- sliced strawberries
- pinch of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Start by steeping the passion herbal tea in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Then, put it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool.
After the tea has cooled to at least room temperature, put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add any optional toppings, and enjoy!
