This vibrant and delicious concoction combines the tropical essence of hibiscus tea with strawberries and the lusciousness of coconut milk, making it the ultimate summer sipper. 


Ingredients

  • 1 Tazo Passion Herbal Tea bag (okay to substitute a berry hibiscus or acai berry herbal tea)
  • 1 cup boiling hot water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Homemade Date Syrup
  • 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk (e.g., SoDelicious, Pacific Foods, or Silk brands)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Optional Toppings:

  • sliced strawberries
  • pinch of unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Start by steeping the passion herbal tea in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Then, put it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool.

After the tea has cooled to at least room temperature, put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add any optional toppings, and enjoy!
