Description

Spicy Margarita Mocktail is a cold, delicious glass of goodness with a kick! Not only does it taste yummy, but it's healthy too. It's made with whole plant food ingredients and no added sugar.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1 to 2 limes)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 to 1 fresh jalapeno with seeds (use 1 for extra spicy, remove seeds for mild)
  • 1/2 cup plain sparkling water
  • Ice (optional for serving)

Instructions

Add fresh green grapes, frozen pineapple, orange juice, lime juice, and jalapeno to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. After blending, pour in sparkling water and gently mix in with a spoon.

If you use fresh pineapple and grapes, you may want to add ice to the blender or pour this mocktail over the rocks.

Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeno or lime wedges. Enjoy immediately!
