Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 apple (any type)
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1/2 avocado, pitted
- 17 oz. plain, unsweetened coconut water*
- Ice
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for about 20 to 30 seconds. Drink immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
*Note: Most brands of plain, unsweetened coconut water have a container size that's around 17 fluid ounces. Just use one of those. Or if you have a larger container that's around 34 fluid ounces, measure about 17 ounces for this recipe.
