Description

This yummy pineapple weight loss smoothie is hydrating, refreshing, and nutrient-dense. Made with 6 key ingredients, this smoothie is gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and vegan.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 16 oz unsweetened plain coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts (seeds)
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice or tap/filtered water

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate in a mason jar or sealed container for up to 24 hours.
