  • 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups mango, cubed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Put honeydew, blackberries, mango, coconut water, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or put into an insulated tumbler or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.

If meal prepping this smoothie, add chopped honeydew, blackberries, and chopped mango to a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to three months.
