Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 cup honeydew melon, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Put honeydew, blackberries, mango, coconut water, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or put into an insulated tumbler or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.
If meal prepping this smoothie, add chopped honeydew, blackberries, and chopped mango to a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to three months. When you're ready to prepare, add all ingredients into a high-powered blender with coconut water and blend until smooth. This smoothie will be frosty, almost like a soft serve. Yum!
