This easy vegan ranch dressing is made with silken tofu, keeping it low-calorie. Made with whole plant food ingredients, this creamy dressing is oil-free, nut-free, low-fat, and delicious.
Add silken tofu, chopped garlic, onion powder, dried dill, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and coconut aminos to a small blender (we used a NutriBullet). Blend until smooth and creamy. Then stir in fresh chopped chives and fresh chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy this healthy vegan ranch dressing over a simple green salad, in a wrap, or as a dipping sauce.
