Instructions
Put silken tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard into a
blender
and blend until smooth and creamy. Salt to taste.

Leftovers/Meal Prep
: This vegan mayo keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freezing is not recommended.
