Ingredients
1
large fennel bulb
4
apples
any variety, cut into slices or chunks
1
whole pineapple
peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
Wash all produce thoroughly. You can leave the peels on your apples for extra nutrients.
Cut the pineapple into manageable chunks, removing the tough outer skin.
Trim the fennel bulb, but keep some fronds—they add even more flavor and nutrients!
Run everything through your juicer, alternating between ingredients to mix the flavors well.
Stir the juice and pour into glasses. Drink immediately, or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Notes
You'll need a juicer. We like
Breville
and
Nama 2 juicer
brands.
This recipe makes four 20-ounce (590 ml) servings of fresh juice.
If you like your juice chilled, add ice cubes to the catch pitcher. It will chill the juice immediately as it's coming out of the juicer.
