This refreshing, tasty celery smoothie is so good for you! It's great for helping to lower high blood pressure, replenishing electrolytes and is also a winner when it comes to weight loss.
Add celery, cucumber, banana (or apple), lime juice, ice, and unsweetened coconut water into a blender and blend until smooth.

Use a powerful, high-speed blender for the best texture.
For a bolder citrus flavor, add a little bit of lemon juice as well.
We recommend using a mason jar for grab-and-go convenience.
If meal prepping, transfer to an airtight container (like a mason jar with a lid) and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Alternatively, portion chopped celery, cucumber, and banana (or apple) into individual freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to drink, add the contents from the freezer bag to a high-speed blender and blend with coconut water. Top with fresh lime juice, and enjoy.
