Instructions
You'll need a juicer for this recipe. Be sure to read the instruction manual on how to operate your juicer.
Turn on the juicer.
Carefully place cleaned and partially chopped or trimmed beetroot, apple, rhubarb, carrots, and ginger root into the feed shoot of the juicer. Use the plunger to safely press the vegetable or fruit down so the juice flows into the pitcher.
Enjoy immediately over ice.
