Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
The tangy, creamy deliciousness of this 5-minute avocado cilantro lime dressing is wonderful on a salad, tacos, baked tofu, and grilled veggies. It's vegan, oil-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free.

Ingredients
½
avocado
pitted and peeled
½
cup
fresh cilantro
½
jalapeno
with seeds removed and roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lime

water

cumin powder

garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mini bullet blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little more water if needed for the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust salt as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
Make it Spicy
:
For a spicier kick, leave the jalapeno seeds in or add a pinch of cayenne!
