Description

Whoa! This healthy mojito mocktail is the real deal. What's the secret to this fantastic drink? Sweet frozen green grapes, fresh lime juice, and fresh mint. It's refreshing, frosty, tasty, and made without added sugar.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 lime
  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes, frozen
  • 1 cup plain sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Muddle the lime and mint together in a tall glass. Add ice and set aside.
  2. Add frozen green seedless grapes and sparkling water to a high-speed blender. Blend until grapes are macerated, about 30 to 60 seconds. The mixture should be icy and slushy.
  3. Pour icy grape mixture into the tall glass with lime, mint, and ice. Stir and garnish with a fresh mint leaf and lime wedge. Enjoy!
