Description
This mixed berry smoothie is great for weight loss. Loaded with antioxidants and fiber, this smoothie is hydrating, energizing, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 banana (or apple, cored)
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 cups plain unsweetened coconut water
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately, or pour into a mason jar and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
If you're meal-prepping this smoothie, portion out the berries, chopped banana, and hemp hearts into freezer-safe bags. When you're ready to drink the smoothie, place the ingredients into a blender with coconut water and blend until smooth and creamy.
