Ingredients
- 6 ounces Silken Tofu (about half package of Mori-Nu, or whatever brand you have available)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/3 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tablespoons Homemade Date Syrup (or 1/2 pitted date soaked in hot water for at least five minutes to soften)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
If using a pitted date instead of homemade date syrup, soak the date in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften.
Then add all the ingredients to a mini blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more water for a thinner consistency. Salt to taste and enjoy!
Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container, like a mason jar.
