Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 to 10 celery stalks
  • 3 ripe pears
  • 2 to 3 lemons
  • 2 to 4 inches of fresh ginger root

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the pears thoroughly. There’s no need to peel them; the skin adds extra nutrients and flavor.

Wash the lemons well to remove any wax or residues, as you’ll be using the peel.

Rinse the ginger root. There's no need to peel it.

Wash the celery stalks and cut them into smaller sections for easier juicing.

Juicing:

Feed all the prepared ingredients—celery, pears, ginger, and lemons—into your juicer. The combination of flavors will create a deliciously refreshing juice.

Alternate between the harder celery and softer fruits to help the juicer process everything smoothly.

Serve:

Once juiced, pour the mixture into glasses. You can serve it over ice for an extra chill.

Optionally, garnish with a celery stalk or a thin slice of pear for an appealing presentation.
