This blueberry peanut butter smoothie is the perfect blend of fruity sweetness and rich, nutty goodness, creating a drink thatโ€™s as indulgent as it is healthy.ย 


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If youโ€™re using fresh blueberries, give them a good rinse. For frozen blueberries, thereโ€™s no need to thaw them. Peel the banana. If using frozen banana, it's best to have them sliced before freezing to make it easier to blend.

Blend It Up: Add the blueberries, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed, and almond milk to your blender. Blend on high until everything is well combined and creamy.

Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a splash more almond milk and blend again. If itโ€™s too thin, add a few more blueberries or a bit of ice and blend until you reach your desired thickness.

Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup. Garnish it with a few extra blueberries or a sprinkle of crushed peanuts for a crunchy texture.
